1. Eligibility
1.1 You must be a licensed real estate agent or agency authorized to list properties in Nigeria. 1.2 By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
2. Account Registration and Management
2.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. 2.2 Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 2.3 MyNaijaHome.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
3. Listing Packages
3.1 Package Options: Agents can select from the following packages:
- Street Hustler Package
- Community Leader Package
- Chairman Package
- Field Marshal Package 3.2 Payment Terms: Payment for listing packages must be made in full before activation. 3.3 Duration: Each package has a defined validity period as stated during purchase. 3.4 Renewals: Packages can be renewed before expiration to maintain uninterrupted service.
4. Property Listings
4.1 Accuracy of Listings: You must provide accurate and truthful information about the properties listed. 4.2 Prohibited Listings:
- Properties that do not exist.
- Properties without proper authorization to list.
- Fraudulent or misleading information. 4.3 Content Rights: By listing properties, you grant MyNaijaHome.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, promote, and share your listings on our platform and affiliated channels.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: 5.1 Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property information. 5.2 Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes. 5.3 Engage in activities that disrupt or harm the platform, other users, or MyNaijaHome.com’s reputation.
6. Fees and Refunds
6.1 All payments made for listing packages are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. 6.2 MyNaijaHome.com reserves the right to change pricing or features of packages with prior notice.
7. Termination
7.1 MyNaijaHome.com may terminate your account or suspend access if you violate these Terms. 7.2 Upon termination, all active listings will be removed, and no refunds will be issued.
8. Liability and Disclaimers
8.1 MyNaijaHome.com does not guarantee leads, sales, or inquiries from listings. 8.2 MyNaijaHome.com is not responsible for disputes between agents and clients. 8.3 The platform is provided “as is,” and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyNaijaHome.com, its affiliates, and staff from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All content on MyNaijaHome.com, including logos, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of MyNaijaHome.com. 10.2 You may not use, copy, or distribute content from the platform without prior written consent.
11. Governing Law
